The subject ‘Invoice Registration’ covers the facility
to register purchase invoices prior to them being
coded and authorised. This is followed by the
subsequent coding, authorisation and posting of
the invoices.

This one hour online course is designed to teach
users how to register invoices within accounts
payable and purchase order processing with
minimum information prior to coding allowing for the
early recording and reclamation of Purchase VAT.

Extracting Sage 1000 data to Excel training

Extracting data from your Sage 1000 solution
using Excel and Microsoft Query is simple when
you know how. Our Sage 1000 support consultant
Rachel Tindle will be running online training
sessions designed to teach Excel users and system
administrators how to bring data from external
sources such as Sage 1000 into Microsoft Office
products - in particular, Excel.

This two hour online course will focus on practical
application and in-depth understanding so that
attendees will complete the course with the ability
to apply what they have learned to their own
business environment.

Getting more from Sage 1000

This one hour session aims to give an overview of
additional Sage 1000 functionality to demonstrate
some of the enhancements available by switching
on a Project or further configuration of the system.
Some of the areas covered include: actionable lists,
Sage Report Designer overview, finance projects and
distribution enhancements.
