Sage 1000 working with Spindle



        Document Management with


        great success






        The Sage 1000 team have
        implemented Spindle Document

        Management for quite some
        time now with great success.


        Working with Sage 1000 customers producing
        statements, invoices, remittance advices and many
        more documents through the Spindle Document
        Management application.

        Spindle distribution (a module within Spindle
        Document Management) sits alongside the Sage
        1000 database working seamlessly to produce
        professional looking documents which can be
        emailed, faxed, printed and archived direct from the
        Sage 1000 print spool screen.

        With a couple of clicks, large batches of documents,
        such as statements and invoices can be processed,
        these are turned into emails and faxes, sent to the
        appropriate printers and electronically stored as PDF
        files for later retrieval.
        More recently the Sage 1000 team has expanded
        its use of the Spindle Document Management
        functionality with the introduction of the Document
        Capture module, this module integrates with
        Sage 1000 scanning and importing all incoming
        documents such as goods receipts notes, signed
        despatch notes and purchase invoices attaching to
        the relevant outgoing document reference.
        Document Capture module allows users to instantly
        access the archives of the Sage 1000 documents
        using a user-friendly search engine.
