Pinnacle IT
Services team
The Pinnacle IT Services team work across all of the
Pinnacle offices providing hardware and IT services
to customers with varying requirements.
Gavin Brown
Working on supplying, implementing and
supporting anything from telephone services, Infrastructure Business Manager
wireless networking, back up solutions and servers
to complete outsourced IT support, the team Time with Pinnacle:
proactively work with our customers to ensure 18 years
their hardware and IT requirements are covered.
Meet the team and perhaps put a face to the Tell us a bit about you role:
voice at the end of the phone! Managing a large team I am responsible for the
Infrastructure/IT Services within Pinnacle across
the UK. This includes sales, implementation and
support.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
I enjoy meeting new and existing customers. In
particular I enjoy seeing the customer through
the entire process, working with the sales
team initially, delivery of the project and finally
ongoing support.
