installations team at Pinnacle. I work in a team of 5 helping to support our
customer base, with both Hardware & Software
What do you enjoy the most about your role? queries/faults. I also assist the Hardware
I enjoy being part of a fast paced Team who Implementation Engineers with their installs,
work well together. along with helping to administer our support
contracts..
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
It’s probably two fold, in all honesty.

Firstly, I enjoy working with the people in the
company, primarily my team – I’ve worked with
several of them for 10+ years and they have all
become very good friends.

Secondly, I love the diversity of my role; no two
days are the same, this is not a boring desk job,
every day brings new challenges and tasks,
finding new ways to do things and striving to
improve not only my own knowledge and skill,
but those I work with. There’s no better feeling at
work than being given a tough job and being
able to achieve the end result in a new way.
