My main role is doing the System Care for Mainly helpdesk duties, answering customer

What do you enjoy the most about your role?
I enjoy how my job varies from day to day, one
day I can be fixing someone’s backup another I
might be sorting out problems with exchange or
disinfecting their network with an antivirus.
